The first bridge over Berounka, which replaced the original ferry at the castle, was built in 1896-97. Today the Berounka in Dobřichovice crosses two bridges - the road steel arched bridge from 1996 on the site of the original near the castle using the original pillars and the chair lift of Professor Karel Lewit for pedestrians and cyclists against the railway station from 2003 (also on the site of the older one, . From 1897 until 1990, a steel bridge was built on the site of today's road bridge, built by Dobřichovice - it was in operation for 93 years. From 1899 to 1943 toll was chosen, not only for the crossing of the bridge by motor vehicles (at the end of the 19th century there were almost none), but also for crossing the bridge by pedestrians, crossing the bridge by horse or cowl cover, for driven animals, for the use of hand trucks, etc. From the chosen toll, the municipality repaid the loan, which it took in 1896 to build the bridge. Poor maintenance of the bridge occurred in 1989 and in the spring of 1990. There were holes in the bridge that saw the water in the river. This was followed by the reduction of the bridge's capacity first to 5 tons, then to 3 tons, the prohibition of the entrance of the trucks and finally the complete closure of the bridge in the summer of 1990. In the summer of 1991 the road administration on the original pillars built a military, one-way temporary bridge type TMS. Today's road arc bridge was opened on November 30, 1996.
