I brought my BMW on Monday with a long list of small problems, got it all fixed by Thursday. Everything was taken care of with a positive attitude and reasonable price. Petr is nice, speaks English, and he got the job done. I'm happy :)

I was on holiday in Prague and our car broke down on a Thursday while my parents had to leave on Sunday. The car leaked coolant all over the street. We called the BMW dealer in Prague, but they did not have time to fix before Sunday. Our AirBnB host set us up with Petr, coincidentally a big BMW fan. The car was picked up within an hour, and a new OEM hose was ordered, picked up and installed by Petr on Friday. Friday evening we had our car back fully functional. Petr checked the car, made sure the same problem would not happen again and recommended some other repairs to do once we got back home since he didn't want to drive up the cost for us. Great service, lots of enthusiasm from Petr and a decent price for such a quick repair. Thanks Petr!

Terrible service, Damages done to car, no warranty as promised! Warning Petr had originally offered to help me with a service, He sounded very friendly and offered to help and advised me he was great and experienced. unfortunately he has cost me alot of money in Damages with my car. Let me start from the beginning, Originally I took my car in as I had problems with a back ABS sensor and my turbo was giving problems, After the car sitting with him for nearly 3 weeks, he told me that the turbo waste gate had broken and he could fix it with a simple weld job (which he charged me 5000cz to weld 2 pieces of metal together ) He also charged me another 3000cz for the Abs sensor, seemed a little steep but I never thought much of it. Petr also promised me that his work had a 6 month guarantee. Just before I picked my car up, he said That its important I change my timing chain as it was noisy and was in need of urgent replacement, he verbally agreed it would cost no more than 5000cz , after waiting another 3 weeks (6 weeks total and missing the deadline for my holiday which I had to rent another car as he had not finished with mine and kept making excuses) I finally got the car back but it was in terrible shape, Miss firing, there was almost no power. 2 months later after numerous phone calls he finally told me I can bring the car back. After bringing it back he said they had made some mistake with ne of the nuts on the turbo which was the reason and that the engine noise that it was making was completely normal! I was shocked at the noise and refused to take the car, he had kept the car for yet another 3 weeks also causing me to cancel my austria trip which was already paid for, After a long time of fustration he game by car back to me with almost all the parts missing, air filters had been ripped off, wheel nuts missing, pipes off , water cooler not screwed on, basically in pieces, I took the car immediately to VW and they were just as shocked as I was. I have a letter from VW with all the photos for proof of the work Petr had done on my car, basically he had completely messed up the inside of the engine by using force to take off parts as he does not have the correct tools for the job, Damaging the crank, head gaskets as well as pistons by completely incorrectly setting the timing which has caused the valves to bend etc. Total repair cost from his work was just over 60k, Not to mention the 18000 he charged me for the timing belt without even calling to confirm if it was ok to order the part (11000cz) which VW said is the oem price for the full kit with the water pump. After finally having VW fix the car and emptying my pocket no thanks to him, I have sent him messages and he just does not reply. I have tried to call and he does not answer, his warranty is completely false. I strongly urge anyone to think 5 times before taking your car to this mechanic as he really cost me alot of money and damages to my car. He also does not have any warranty as he claims and does not take responsibility for this. I have opened up a case with my lawyer and also can send anyone documents and pictures as proof upon request . Very untrustworthy and unreliable mechanic. Be Careful!
