I went to ask them how much will cost regular service like changer oil, oil filter, clean up and lubrication my chain. There was one costumer talking to the employee and complain about how his service was done. I did not like how the employee took the complaint on the board and when he ask me what I like (disgraceful attitude ) even he was talking to the angry costumer I say I do not need anything. I think you can really see from this case of the previous costumer how they care about them.

Jiri at Globalmoto is one of the most down to earth, old school motorcycle guys you will meet. He tells you exactly what you really need, doesnt try to sell you things you dont. He isnt chasing crowns, he's giving his customers the great service and expertise they deserve. Globalmoto has a good selection of equipment and attire and they will also help you locate products online. They are located just 1 minute walk from the Horni Pocernice train stop so it's super convenient to drop off your bike from Prague. They also have a small selection of used bikes at pretty good prices. Overall, I am very happy with their service and will keep bring my bikes here. Also Jiri speaks excellent English which isnt easy to find.

How I got to GLOBALMOTO. First I visited the shop in Prague Moto Art - I do not recommend this shop for me! The approach of the dealers, mostly at the Suzuki brand, forced me to go to buy a motorcycle in Hradec Králové to GLOBALMOTO today, despite living in Prague. And I was not at all surprised by the information given to me by the sellers at GLOBALMOTO, that this month I am already the xth customer who went to Hradec Králové to buy a motorcycle after a visit to Moto Art. I have probably never experienced such a degree of arrogance, cunning and disinterest ... I have a feeling that the dealers in Moto Art at the Yamaha and Suzuki brands are there as punishment or at least they don't like their work at all. One wonders what he will spend several hundred thousand, and the dealer's dealings with the Suzuki brand were a matter of decency. Gradually, I visited all the sellers in Prague + in Kladno and I would mark them as a total of 3-, mostly for lack of expertise, but everywhere they at least tried to behave decently and helpfully, not as in Moto Art. I mark GLOBALMOTO with mark 1! - guys who are knowledgeable can be seen to love their work and are incredibly helpful to the customer. Thank you GLOBAL MOTO for their approach and I am glad that I bought Stroma XT 1050 from them. One must also think about where one will carry out the service, and with the idea that I would always be confronted with the reluctance and arrogance experienced in Moto Art, I already had measles in advance. I recommend GLOBALMOTO to all bikers, ie a guarantee of comfortable access.
