I wanted to order a Headphone adapter - the goods state "Out of stock". I sent an email asking if it is possible to buy the goods - no response. The next day I called - the lady promised to "let me know" - nothing happened. So I made an order, and since nothing happened for a few days, I looked at the goods again: "Sale ended." No feedback on availability, nor that the order was canceled, NOTHING. I consider such behavior unprofessional.

Personally, I have excellent experience with iSetos.cz. In May 2020, I ordered a Macbook Pro with an optional configuration here. During the delivery, Apple increased the price of the RAM expansion, but the iSetos pi representative. Koutníková, acted honestly and left the price original. Everything went without the slightest hesitation and I can only recommend the company.

Money withdrawn, order canceled, super like this before Christmas, wait fifteen days to get your money back. Tragic business!
