The purchase process was fine, but handling a complaint / refund is a punishment. At the beginning, I was refused a refund, even though I was fully entitled. After a lengthy process (more than 2 months) the money was sent to my old bank account, to which I no longer had access with the words that they sent me the money and that they do not intend to deal with it further (I repeatedly informed them about the status of my account). Then I had to deal with this situation with my old bank at length, fortunately I got my money back.

Unbeatable speed of delivery - 19 hours from order - clearly TOP. Perfectly packaged lens, pleasant and helpful staff on the phone. Instructions in the Czech language, for sure, sent with the invoice in the e-mail. Bulk packaging does not matter at all, because we are mainly interested in the contents of the package, and the contents were ordered branded goods. And of course the price - even that is unbeatable, plus free shipping. We will be happy to return to this store. Thank you for a very suitable lens gift. A beautiful day.
