Absolutely perfect experience. Amazing communication, nice action, speed and helpfulness of the agency. I can only recommend to all! The hotel staff was very friendly and smiling. One feels welcome and is taken care of with utmost care. Incredible atmosphere of life in a medieval castle. When you wake up from the tower stairs to wander across the courtyard with a magnificent view of the rock city to the castle restaurant, it is unrepeatable. The chateau restaurant is worth a comparison with the Czech top restaurant. All the more disappointing that it is over and the weekend ends. We arrived, relaxed, ate well and drove home again. I needed to arrange a specific date of stay for the anniversary of the wedding and although the hotel was full of rooms, we managed to secure our apartment and we got it free of charge at the price of the room. Excellent communication during the stay - the master prepared everything for me and sent it even though I ordered just for Easter and I needed to receive the voucher right away.
