Despite the realities of Elán, my husband and I sold a house in Kolodějy and we can only highly recommend it for us. Mrs. Broker Klapková was professional, reliable and always available. We also used the additional services offered - in our case it was the preparation of the property for sale and legal custody before it was transcribed in the real estate cadastre. The speed with which they found buyers, the administrative part and finally complete satisfaction with the sale price convinced us that they were the right choice. Thank you!

This real estate agency, Mrs. Klapková, is probably benefiting from the current favorable situation on the real estate market, otherwise I cannot explain her lax approach, which we unfortunately encountered when solving the land in Kolodějy. After several weeks of negotiations and commenting on the contracts by our lawyer, Mrs. Klapková "cut" us, saying that if we do not want to sign their model contracts full of inaccuracies, we are unlucky, but that they will sell it to other interested parties. From the beginning, they made excuses how the bank, which has a lien on the land, will not allow them to change anything in the contracts without trying, which in the end turned out to be a lie. They were not willing to allow payment through attorney custody or a security account, to supply documentation for connections, an agreement with the municipality on the driveway and other basic materials that you want to see before sending someone CZK 5 million. Demonstration of terrible behavior.

Absolutely luxurious approach, consistent information on every step, human action, realism and extensive abilities. We needed a lot of help, a full range of services. Mgr. Klapková knew all the advice, mainly because she knows all the necessary craftsmen and people who can help. We needed a gardener, a cleaning service, a container, a plumber and a joiner in connection with renting a house. They were all good. And we did 90% of things only by phone and e-mail.
