Decent behavior willing owner, great choice

The new motorcycle was handed over damaged, the front brake did not brake, the chain was tightened so that it rang. Fault list: Creased tank, broken pipe, one rear silencer stuck, missing sensor of the closed stand, bent footrest, broken plastic plastic latches. They promised to send the service manual by e-mail, instead a one-page manual came without useful information (even the CoC list data was not copied correctly). It is not possible to call, they do not reply to e-mails. Unfortunately, we did not notice the problem when picking up in the store (the twilight has its reason). Never again for us.
