Absolutely ridiculous that you can not return a a wrongly purchased item, with a receipt, after just 3 hours. Many times I had very positive experience here, as it should be. This time they really let me down!

Helpful staff with a good English and a big English section, with a lot of souvenirs that you can buy for your bookworm friends :)

Good selection of books and stationery, but really bad customer service. I went to buy books as presents for Christmas and when I wanted to pay, I was totally ignored by cashiers. I waited several minutes in hopes they would notice me, but they served people behind me without asking me if I needed anything. I left my books at the cash desk and went home empty handed.

Great bookstore! Helpful staffs and pretty big selection of English books. So many Czech language books for foreigner were also availble that I could find out the proper one, thanks a lot!
