We had asked that the jackets be embroidered, and we even brought in an identical sample jacket with a logo to show how we wished the product to be done. After picking them up, the the logo was instead printed. We were not told that they do not do the stitching when making the request, and they went ahead and printed the logo. If this was not possible, we should have been told as hundreds of dollars worth of jackets are now erroneously printed on. The printing is nice, sure, but definitely not what was wanted or requested.

Awful service and unmotivated staff DO NOT RECOMMEND! The printing quality will fade away after 4-5 washes and the time it takes to print is definitely not worth the money!
