When you get through the nurse, a professional and helpful doctor is waiting for you. The nurse is a bit uncomfortable, especially on the phone. He has chaos in ordering patients and makes you feel more annoying when you want to examine. But Dr. Jenšovská is a man in her place. She really tries to help, she has a sensitive approach and she is helpful to patients. Everything explained is calm and efficient.

the nurse was uncomfortable on the phone, Dr. Jansovská repeatedly lied, but she is trying to help patients, sometimes from the surgery to hear what patients talk about and it is not enough to wonder why they are not needed for psychiatry. Such people will only delay other patients who need her help
