I went to this doctor acutely with impetigo, because my dermatologist was ill for a long time. MUDr. The count first told me that if I was already registered with another dermatologist, my insurance company would not reimburse my treatment. Subsequently, after the doctor's treatment, my rash got very worse for about 5 days, so I went to the surgery again. I came first, at 7 o'clock in the morning, hoping that the doctor had some hours set aside for these patients. But the doctor told me that she had ordered patients, that she definitely didn't have time for me and that I should wait until the end of her working hours (which was at 4 pm) and if she had time left, she would treat me ... visit. Lack of empathy, perhaps as if you were bothering the doctor. I do not recommend for myself.

I definitely do not recommend, not only going to work when they want to, the surgery was open up to 30 minutes after the start of working hours. And in addition, they have reduced working hours to 10:00. Nurse reluctant to advise. If you can, go to another skin.

Unfortunately, the same experience as others: absurd waiting periods (a month or more), ending with a paper on the door with holiday information. In the 21st century I just expect that if I order somewhere and the doctor takes a vacation, he will contact me somehow (by phone, sms, mail, it does not matter), not that I take the time off from work, I am in the morning with my family polyclinic and I will only know that there will be nothing :)

MUDr. Grofova no longer coordinates. Only a dermacentre works at the polyclinic.

I'll come one day, dovča. I will come a second time, we are investigating only ordered. I'll call, in a month ... I would like to inform on the Internet and not just a piece of paper on the door ...
