In a call the doctor behaved very bad, he wasn't friendly at all.

Hello, I would like to write a review with the passage of time after meeting this person. A team of nurses is exactly what their leader is. I don't intentionally write a doctor. I don't know if the apprentice studied at Karlovy Vary, but the behavior was horrible, arrogant and conceited. After studying my finding, he told me that I was dying and my kidneys were functioning at 10%. And after 5 minutes he told me that it probably reads poorly and that they work 90%. On my departure, when I had to control myself so that I would not react adequately, he still motioned for his sister to have blood and urine samples taken from the insurance company. Beautiful 5 minutes next to this man .... Do it yourself ......

I agree with previous reviews. Very arrogant and reluctant sisters. In today's age of digitization and everywhere online solutions to problems, it is not even possible to call the surgery, they do not take phones, they do not answer emails. The only "modernization" is the possibility of registering the patient with a card in the waiting room and the staff thus becomes even more unconquerable. They probably don't even know how to order online or send an e-recipe. The doctor is unpleasant and cannot allow his staff. During coronavirus, you wait for several hours in the waiting room for the great organizational ability of the nurses and the prescription issued.
