Mrs. Dr. Jenšovská is a man in her place. She really tries to help, she has a sensitive approach and she is helpful to patients. Everything explained is calm and efficient. Unfortunately, the nurse is a bit uncomfortable, especially on the phone. He has chaos in orders and makes you feel like you're more of a nuisance.

My back is injured, I can't sit, lie, turn around at night. So in the morning I visited Mudr's office. Jenšovské, with a request for treatment. Very uncomfortable health care (retirement age) within a second evaluated my health status. I explained to her what was bothering me, and she replied that it wouldn't be so acute when I came on my own. Terrible chaos in the surgery, they went to order patients and the nurse didn't even know they were supposed to arrive. Unfortunately, she also treated other patients as inappropriate, which I observed in an hour of waiting. I really do not understand what is happening to our healthcare. So I'd rather give up and buy pills in the pharmacy.
