Municipal Authority of Prague 7

Not sure how others feel about municipal authorities, but I was visiting feeling already prepared for the worst. The staff was amazing, helpful and when a technical problem occurred the staff went outside of their way to help.

Due to the mainly bad reviews the Czech Administration receives very often I was very scared to come alone with little knowledge of Czech language. However, I was very possitively surprised when I found they also have officers that speak to you in perfect English, very kind and efficient in their job. I guess the good or bad experiences depends on the person that is serving you. In this case I was very lucky with my experience and I wanted to share it.

Really friendly and professional ppl, at least in departments like sociální podpora (pani Martina Lokajova) and zivno (pani Olga).

Professional and friendly staff helped me with navigating the whole process.
