Hotel Expo

I loved my stay in Hotel Expo. Staff speaks english, there is private garage for guests and rooms are true to what is advertised. They are disinfecting rooms during COVID-19 outbreak after every guest, rooms are clean and odourless. Pets are welcome with small fee. I will definitely stay there again.

Very much liked our stay, can recommend. Breakfast is ample and has great variety. Rooms are nice. Walkable distance to train station and trams and subway so downtown is accessible without a car.

This was our third time here. It has all year been our go to place and we used to like it a lot. I love the staff in the bar/kitchen. They are awesome. This third time our stay got ruined though. We were on the 4th floor with a lot of young Swedish men. They were making a lot of noise in the halls until after midnight all three days. The hotel have quiet hours from 22 to 07. I told them myself to keep it down, but it didn’t help. I then called the reception, where this very rude long haired guy cut me off and sounded very very annoyed two days in a row. The third day he hung up on us as we called to complain about the noise. He had an attitude after the first night. Very very bad service. It’s a shame, because this used to be a place we were looking forward to come to and we used to recommend this to others.
