Lékárna Červený Rak

My only experience with this pharmacy is that I'm not going to shop here anymore. Before going abroad I bought drops into my eyes, for less than 400CZK. In a hurry on the bus I just threw them in my backpack, paid and left. Unfortunately after arriving abroad I found out that the box with drops was already open, the drops were in the box differently than they normally are and paper with instructions was obviously translated differently than it should have been. (I have had more experience with this brand ...). So, for safety reasons, I did not use the drops and I went back to the pharmacy after my arrival in Prague and asked if they would exchange it for the reasons described above. The lady told me that they never had any packaging open for them, that they refused to sell it to me and that it could only be sent to the manufacturers for consideration (which I refused, given that it is time nonsense and the result is doubtful. ..). Although the pharmacists were nice, I am really disappointed with the purchase.

According to the advice of the pharmacist, I bought a warming cream for full muscles. He does not heat at all, he forgot to say that it will work at least after 5 minutes of massage. Otherwise they are not very willing in this pharmacy.

Very unpleasant manager, also sales assistant. She talks with her friend about purely private things and when she wants to satisfy a customer who goes to buy him with a curt link to the queue next door. Alerting that she could devote herself to clients and not address her holiday accidents, she literally pissed off that I had nothing to listen to and stand next door. It was just not to listen. It was just a public interview audible across the store. When requesting a supervisor contact and announcing that I had to go shopping elsewhere, I laughed at me that she was the manager and wherever I go and still observe the discreet zone and not listen to private conversations. Suddenly privately ....
