I used the services of a real estate agent, Mr. David Majer from Remax Alfa in Prague. The cooperation was fast and efficient without undue delay. At the same time, I always and quickly received answers to all my questions and concerns about the sale of the apartment. I have entered into an exclusive agency agreement for the sale of the apartment. In a few days the apartment was photographed, she handed over the keys for inspection. Inspections followed, which I was always informed about in advance. In 3 weeks, the right buyer was found and I dream the good news, Mr. Majer was still able to increase the price of the apartment by 3.5%.
