I VERY NOT RECOMMEND !!! Mr. father / lawyer and son / real estate broker. On Monday we had to sign contracts with a notary, everything agreed, the mortgage secured and on Friday they wrote us an email that the seller decided not to sell due to the current situation. A change to the cadastre has already been made on Wednesday. Gentlemen negotiated with us and another buyer (behind us) who eventually bought the property ... Unserious, sincere, the realtor "the honesty" radiates directly from the eye. So it doesn't even make sense to start negotiations, resp. Feel that they are not just dealing with you.

Very unreliable conduct an unnamed broker who offered us already sold the property. He took us to the house for guided tours several times in a row, sent us draft contracts, and eventually we found ourselves that the house had been sold for a long time. The house is still on offer. (RD Nehvizdy) Unpleasant experience, and worse conduct real estate brokers and their employees to clients.
