A remarkable villa on the southern slope was built by Oldřich Brabec, who during the First Republic experimented with modernism and eccentricity. The building is one of the most prominent buildings in the street Nad Kazankou. During World War II, the Germans were deported to a concentration camp and the house became the seat of Hitlerjugend. It has a semi-recessed basement, stone retaining wall, two floors and a high gabled roof with residential attic. The main southern façade is interestingly composed of a system of terraces and ledges, all terraces have brick railings. In the interior there is a central three-armed wooden staircase. On the ground floor and on the 1st floor, two rooms of the dining room and the bedroom remained mostly in their original condition. Since the 1950s the nursery school has been housed in the building.
