Originally a residential house (villa), called By the City of Vienna, it was founded in a late Classicist building from 1843-44, which was extended before 1861 and later in the late 19th century. In the interwar period of the 20th century it was reconstructed. Until 1786 there was nothing on the church land, the land was not even managed. Probably at that time was the first house with a garden. Between 1843-44 it was enlarged.
