WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Even though they have a very nice selection, the approach to making business is terrible! I have been looking for a coat. We found a coat that we liked and the shop assistant said it is mink. However, it turned out not to be mink, only the collar. That was not yet the worst of our experience. The lady said that if we pay cash we can have an additional 10% discount (the coat was on 60% sale and she would offer additional 10%). That would total the coat to 18,000CZK what we agreed on. When it came to paying, the lady called her boss to tell her the price and the boss said that 22,000CZK is the price. I have to add that the coat had a minor damage and that I will be willing to pay the agreed 18,000CZK. Not honoring the agreement. I walked away angry and without a coat. I definitely would not recommend to support a business with this attitude towards their customers.
