If you complain about the goods here, it is quite common for them to charge you penalties for alleged "damage" to the goods.

Until you need to return or exchange the goods so about OK. When I returned the goods (pool vacuum cleaner) within 14 days I was charged less than 300 CZK for allegedly wet hose from the vacuum cleaner. I am not aware of any evidence. The second, another vacuum cleaner unfortunately did not work as I wanted then I returned again within 14 days and buy manual, semiautomatic did not work. Again, I was pulled less than 300 CZK, the reason - the upper spherical part of the vacuum cleaner, carries clear signs of abrasion. I noticed it already when I took the goods, so I took the alleged damage immediately when unpacking, no one responded. So I was twice humiliated refunded despite the first wet hose nobody showed a photo and 2 I showed a photograph with the date I took it with damage I have already received it. Of course, I paid for myself, so I tried to clean vacuums enough - 900Kč

They do not have a pay-as-you-go card-based terminal but have a PC that can be clicked and paid online (if you have card payments enabled on the Internet).
