Perfect service with documentation.
Excellent approach and pleasant negotiations. I suspected unbalanced wheels (gentle vibrations in the steering wheel). Mr. Cup drove the car with me, inspected the wheels and assured me that it was a vibration from a rough winter sample and there was nothing to do on the car. Thumbs up, I'll turn to him again next time.
After moving to Satalice, I asked Mr. Šálek if he would take care of my car, and right after the first visit I was very pleasantly surprised. Great approach and pleasant negotiations. We immediately discussed the issues of my car and agreed on future repairs. The date of the tire change was flexible and the change itself took place within an hour. I have not seen a cleaner workshop :) I rate the deserved 5 *
So far, I have used only tire service, but with maximum satisfaction. Fast execution, no long orders, all with an explanation. Professional services. It can be seen that Mr. Šálek is an expert and likes his job. I recommend and will be happy to return if you need another service.
The agreement with Mr. Šálek was easy and fast. He took me in a hurry today, even though he obviously had his hands full, without being ordered and at least being able to advise me what kind of fault I have in the car. Thank you very much and I highly recommend seeing them know what he is doing.
