They quoted me one price then when I went to collect my car it suddenly becomes double and on to of that they charged 300 euros for their hand work, very rude and disrespectful like the rest of the people in the Czech Relublic. This place is a rip off, I hope they chock on the extra money they took from us and may they always receive the same respect they gave me and my family!

I can only recommend Pelc car service. Less than a year ago, I was dealing with an insurance event coincidentally 4 days before the wedding with a woman when another car broke into me. This service was recommended to me by the insurance company. At first I called myself a service like everyone else, but I was wrong, I knew everything on arrival - absolutely top approach of a young lady who sits at the reception table, but the whole staff deserves praise. The lady went through all the documents with me and arranged a spare vehicle so that I could arrange things for the wedding, because they also have technicians from the insurance company there, so the service solved everything for me, I no longer had to go to any insurance companies and deliver various invoices and various documents. I just handed over the car here and handed over the keys and in 6 days I picked up the car fully functional and repaired. Thank you that my wife and I had a fully repaired car for our honeymoon. 👍 This month I solved the problem with the škoda octavia 2, as I was really satisfied with the approach and expertise at Autoservis Pelc. It was my first choice where to put my vehicle. After a telephone appointment, I arrived at the car repair shop, explained what was happening to the vehicle and what I would like to have repaired. Everything went in perfect order, during the repair I was contacted several times with what was found on the vehicle for defects in addition to what he came here with. After the agreement, the repair was solved, even after 5 days I was able to pick up the vehicle. When I told my dad about my experience, he decided to put his vehicle in for repair, one of which was a Volvo with a defect that they could not find anywhere, thanks to a great service approach they were able to find where the problem was, what was needed and the car drives again in okay and we were recommended the next step, what would be good to check. After all 3 experiences, I will only drive here. I have always been extremely satisfied. And not just me and my wife and my dad.
