The arrogant and ordering system ala robot is crazy. It charges the health insurance company an examination even if you haven't been there at all.

It seems to me that this company has deteriorated ... From my experience it is such that for a while something is so and for a while. So far I have not had any health problem, it has always been solved, but rather such digging questions and not even to my eyes but questions asked by my mom pointing to me. Firstly, I am sorry that some medical secrets are not being followed and my mother (who has not been my legal guardian for a long time) must be communicating with the doctor and the reason. Secondly, it is a pity that the doctor goes to work with an hour delay and you wait in the waiting room knows how long. Thirdly, the voice control system on the lines is also quite bad, you need immediate advice and you are told "you do not have a prepaid card or a pregnancy card ... call naschle". Fourthly, the fact that the mirror is paid when leaving is fine, but that a package of hygiene products is imposed on you for quite a bit of crowns, which is simply fooling you with the fact that the law says this and that ... covered. And fifthly, the doctor should first read the patient's card before attempting some "fun" (at least I hope it was a joke even though I don't know according to the nurse's point of view ...). It may happen that somebody pretty much kills it. At least that's the problem you come up with and doesn't tell you it's okay.

I do not have a single comment against professionalism, but the system that some of the patient's treatment works on has a lot of cracks. Waiting time hour after the scheduled date no problem. I am accustomed to waiting for the doctors, but after a while, one seems to be a hostage. P.S: Relaxing music in the waiting room is fine, but after a while it is quite nervous.

Great doctor, I highly recommend, solves problems and does not leave.
