For anything that is not stock-in-store, this is the fastest way to get it. This AlzaBox is next to their logistic center, usually takes 45min-1hr to get the item if it's in Alza's main storage. No issues with parking or getting to the box, only it's a bit distant from city center, which is understandable.

I don't go there much, but I'll introduce you to my experience from today: right after we arrived, we saw some people in wheelchairs and obviously trying to put new packages in the boxes (I was a little scared when handling the packages). There were about four people standing around, waiting with sad eyes in their eyes to be able to pick up their packages. Then, when the people with the wheelchair finally left, we all cheered. But it was completely useless. After about 15 seconds, they came again with a full cart. For incomprehensible reasons, they left again. This process took about half an hour (I don't know how long the remaining poor people stood there).

When I stopped at Zličín, I ordered the goods and paid straight away, saying that he would be in the Alzabox in an hour, so I took public transport and moved for an hour and a quarter. Before I arrived, 2x email with a possible delay from the original 17 hours gradually to 17:45 I was standing at the alzabox from 17:15 and already at 19:25 I was able to pick up my shipment 🤟👌

Really awfully wait almost an hour for the bracket on the TV attendant that the store what is preparing incredibly slow about
