It used be my favorite Czech e-shop but they absolutely failed to adapt to covid age. I did 3 orders in last 3 months and all of them had issues: waiting several weeks to get things which were supposed to be in stock, delivery dates are jokes, .. just check their reviews on heureka or zbozi.cz. Not sure I’m going to buy anything on Alza again

Everything takes a bit longer than I'd expect and in my honest opinion the employees there are forced to persuade people to purchase extended warranty on anything you purchase there which gets annoying when you shop there often.
