Disaster, it is not possible to call them, the form was ordered and paid for 14 days and nothing came and no one responds, I do not recommend, really horrible

The mold was delivered to me scratched, the replacement shipment was resolved quickly without any problems, but the mold was scratched again (in this case it was an error on the part of the supplier). Unfortunately, before the e-shop managed to solve the replacement, the form was sold out, so I deduct an asterisk for an unfavorable coincidence, but I'm very happy how the e-shop solved everything quickly. '
