Bitcoin ATM (WBTCB) Buy/Sell

Everything would be fine. But very often, an ATM does not give out cash for exchanging bitcoins, although it is impossible to know in advance. That is, you get a ticket, pay, wait for confirmations of the network, come up to it - and instead of issuing cash, it issues a new ticket and sends you to other ATMs in the city (which are at least half an hour away by car). But there is no guarantee. Result: you have no bitcoins, no money.
