Autům nerozumím, ale potřeboval jsem zvednout nápravu vozidla? Pan Rudolf a jeho tým mechaniků si pohráli se vzduchovým odpružením a dali mi nové pružiny. A hned je to o něčem jiném, moje auto (rok výroby 1999) vypadá "napruženě" jako by právě vyjelo z výrobní linky. Vzhledem k tomu, že autům nerozumím, oceňuji férové jednání. Pan Rudolf se se mnou bavil na rovinu a vysvětlil mi, co je třeba udělat, abychom docílili kýženého efektu. Průběžně jsem dostával informace, takže jsem měl přehled o ceně opravy. Zaplatil jsem přesně tolik, na čem jsme se dohodli. :-)

When diagnosing and finding a problem super approach, the service tries to find the real source of the fault. The communication was also excellent, the owner drove the car with me, inspected it, listened to my opinion and told me the possibilities and offered alternatives. After making the repair, I will add more experience. CONTINUED: Unfortunately, they postponed the deadline of the agreed repair three times, so I gave it up and I'm dealing with it elsewhere. Try it yourself, maybe you will agree 😐. Response to the owner's reply: I don't think there is anything biased or derogatory or otherwise emotionally colored in my review. I tried to give true information, which is what this place is for. So I don't know what made the owner pour out his heart here like a vokura, how he did the diagnostics for free and how it was misused by me to save a lot of money in another service. I have neither the time nor the desire to write here, so only briefly: - yes, the postponement was three times (the first came at four in the morning on the day I had to park the car, the last SMS: "Hello, bring it on Wednesday, thank you", in the meantime we called) - I don't know if the fault had an impact on safety (I don't understand it, that's why I go to the service center, but it is not possible that even if the fault is not serious, it can become serious?) - how much is paid elsewhere does not seem relevant to me at all, when I did not get to pay here at all (but I would rather give the mentioned 6000 for finding a defect, if I know that the agreed applies) - although after asking and potentially finding the problem, I asked how much I pay for this act, I was told that we will compare it after the repair (so why mention here how much you saved me?) - why would I go elsewhere and say that I found this and that defect in another service, the services usually have their own diagnostics (by the way, the problem was in something else) - the customer should be treated just as accurately as the customer (and not accuse him of saving him a lot of money and a stretched face) I completely do not understand why such an indignant reaction, it just didn't work out, according to other reviews you are a good service ...

I was looking for a service where your car will be repaired well and at the same time you won't be overwhelmed by leather, just as a lot of services do just because you buy a used Mercedes. And I found Mr. Rudolf's service. My GLK had a problem with the engine warming up. After a quick agreement, I delivered the vehicle and picked it up the next day with a replaced thermostat and an expansion tank cap. And wonder of the world, I fit into 5K! On the way home, the car warmed up beautifully to operating temperature and heated beautifully. I can definitely recommend the service and I am very happy to have service for my car. Finding a good and quality service today is like looking for a good and quality dentist! Thanks to Mr. Rudolf and also to the boys in the department!

It is quite a renowned service, and the price-performance ratio in Prague is great. He mainly knows what he's doing. Not like most - they exchange and try ... 😉
