My order package was lost, customer support is useless and does not know anything, after several calls they stopped responding me at all. Don't recommend to anyone if you care about your money.

Had a talk with Customer Support. Tried my best to speak basic Czech. The support manager laughed and insulted me based on his assumption that I was Russian. Not a single person could speak a word of English.
