SEPHORA ZLICIN

Good for shopping

I like Sephora, but today I was in Sephora in Zličín and I am shaken by their customer service! I chose what I wanted to pay, went to the cash register. An elderly lady, with the name VĚRA, asked me if I had a customer card, so I showed her the club card recorded on my mobile phone. It would not be strange if out of nowhere, without any words and silence, this lady did not snatch my cell phone. After scanning it at her counter, she threw it on the counter as if it were a toy! Not only is the cell phone less than a week old, but the iPhone 12 Pro is quite heavy, so it made an extra booming sound when it landed on the counter. I was so shocked that I just took my cell phone back and paid quickly so I could leave. Finally, the staff added: "Yeah and return the shopping cart at the entrance"! and walked away. This is the worst service I've ever experienced !!! I would not give any star if it was technically possible !!!!

I have to recommend, the seller Mr. Petr L. is a man in his place, thanks to whom my husband and I left with absolutely famous perfumes. And we still enjoyed it. I highly recommend and thanks to him, this Sephora is different and better than the others.

I would like to thank my assistant Peter L. He was very nice and pleasant even though my little child was running around us. There was no plan to stay here for so long. :-) Great advice.
