I will never buy anything in iStyle again !!! I bought a premium Macbook Pro here, priced over 50,000. The first day it started to turn off when the flashlight dropped below 70%. Complaints the very next day after purchase. I made it clear that I didn't want a repaired Macbook Pro when I put such a rocket for it, but that I wanted either a refund or a new item. Sure sir, we understand that, we'll give you a new piece, don't worry. It is our disgrace that it stopped working the very first day, a clearly defective piece from production. Two employees saw the defect, I note. When I asked, when would I get a new Mac? Am I in a hurry for him? By the end of the week for sure. I was expecting 3 !!!!! weeks. Still with the fact that I kept calling, what does it look like? They were rude and arrogant of having a month to do it, so don't bother me. After three weeks, the news that I have finally arrived at the branch. What I experienced was the absolute pinnacle of everything. The smirks from iStyl normally wrote that the defect did not show up !!!! So my soot exploded and I yelled at them if they were kidding me. My repaired Macbook was forced back to me with the words that if I disagree, it will be returned to the repair and this time it will take a month with the same result. INCREDIBLE CONDUCT FOR PREMIUM GOODS. So I have a Macbook at home for 50,000+, repaired the first day. Thanks!!! Avoid the iStyle with an arc!

They will sell you insurance for CZK 6,200, with the proviso that it will easily cover 2 entire phone exchanges. When my phone broke, they paid me 8,000 of the people who killed me, and I had to pay another 10,000 for my new phone. So please don't be as stupid as I am and don't buy their insurance. Nice day :-)

I am very satisfied. I never came across an "idiot" there, everyone always had a good time. I'm glad to be back.
