So far, I only have experience with trainer Jana and she is absolutely amazing! I have never experienced a better connection between exercise and knowledge of physiology. I definitely don't plan to stop taking lessons with her. It suits me to sign up for courses instead of individual lessons. I give the star down for a small thing and the fact that in one hall there are no mirrors, which I will really take care of during the exercise. But it can be endured :) I prefer the workshop more and more!
