My experience with Dlouhovlaska is older, but I think it is no less relevant. I had a semi-wig made here, which I must admit is very nice and I am very satisfied with it. But what unpleasantly surprised me was the unprofessionalism on the part of Miss Hairdresser and especially the owner, who began to argue directly in the salon about the price of the half-wig. We were told in advance that it would probably be free, which was the main reason why I went to this salon. In the end, however, I left x thousand times lighter. The overall experience of taking the wig was very negative. I would recommend selling hair replacements of this type to clients in private and not in a crowded salon with a pile of curious eyes. I visited the long-haired woman for the first time and left in a very excited way - I was in another salon on the previous extension and it is absolutely impossible to compare ... My hair is very short and what a beautiful thing they conjured up for me here ?! Amazing work, nice pleasant environment, professional hairdressers, a huge selection of quality hair, it's all at amazing prices! 🔝I will be happy to return! ♥ ️

I had a request for color. The hairdresser created something completely different on my head. I did not succeed in the complaint. Hairdressers are said to be trained and it is not always possible to fulfill the client's wishes. Then I visited another salon, where my color was done without any problems. I was just warned that the previous staining was not done with quality paint and the cut is crooked. If the hairdresser doesn't hurt you, that's good. But the moment it makes you scared at the barrel and you want to solve it, that's the problem. The only compensation I was offered was a 10% discount on my next visit. Which a normal person doesn't really want to use in a very bad experience.
