Weak. Terribly. There may be bedbugs in the rooms. Just awful.

Just a day and all the rags can smell the "smell" that lines here. Personal is nice. But he should focus on the bitches of the brass in the corridors. Cookers in kitchenettes would also stab. And the overall ventilation of the building itself. I do not recommend it here. Maximum emergency for 1-2 nights.
