Very negative experience during the first visit, so we refused further visits. An unpleasant doctor who repeatedly said that she still has other surgeries and therefore does not have time for us. She does not advertise visits to newborns at home. Newborn babies and prevention are invited to the office while it is reserved for sick children and share the same waiting room. Other disadvantages include unpleasant approach to children and parents, failure to take a medical history, impossibility to cooperate with specialists in need of professional examination, unflattering about other doctors.

This office does not manage, considering that they are even the smallest of the smallest, they should think about what they will do about it in the future. The doctor is good, but there is no professional approach. At 8 months of age, I changed the doctor.

Unfortunately, I have a bad experience with Mrs. Doctor. She has 3 surgeries that she does not manage to serve. The appointment hours are minimal and even during those in the office. I repeatedly got into a car a sick child who was seriously ill, she went with him for a few miles to the doctor and she was not there. Without any information to be closed. When I called my cell phone, the Doctor spoke with me arrogantly enough to have a vacation (or something else) and to go with my daughter to Prague 5 or if it was acute, then to the hospital. After several of these experiences, I always called to the Doctor at the beginning of the Ordinary Hour to see if she was going to be there. Either I did not call at all or I was told he was there, but he was leaving. This is not just my problem. When we switched to another doctor, she asked me if I could pick up the daughter's reports with the doctor to say that if they had sent her a request, the reports would not be seen in half a year. It's been more than half a year, and we still do not have the news, because the doctor is not in the mood. Not in the office or on the phone. Husband then contacted the doctor by e-mail at the exact time I stopped for the news and the doctor was not there again. When her husband called her, he was arrogantly hudding her on the phone, and she thought she did not have it anymore after the operative hours. I did not experience such behavior with a laborer, let alone a doctor !!!

Doctor's approach, one word, horror. Arrogance, examining slowly between the door - just as soon as we arrived, we were going to go again, stupid, inappropriate notes, regular inaccuracy. When we reported to the Doctor about 7 years ago, I was happy to receive new patients with a nice smile and approach. I do not know what happened, but as soon as the doctor's been replaced. At first I apologized for her behavior, possible stress, possible personal problems, but her behavior remained unchanged. Every visit was "for punishment," when I was forced to visit the doctor with my aching child. :-( I appreciate the people who have been studying to help others, even to the children, they have my full respect, but I can still respect such people and trust and without fear of entrusting the care of my child's health to their hands , I have changed my doctor. For us, Dr. Staňová, absolutely NO.

We are very satisfied with Mrs. Doctor. A former son doctor, we had to change because she was unable to tell why her son was still ill. We went to Mrs. Staňová and she immediately did all the necessary examinations and discovered why her son was ill (3.5 years). For us only Dr. Staňová.
