When I signed up 4 years ago, everything was absolutely great. Excellent surgery, dear doctor. Now in the last six months 2 terrible experiences. Mad organization surgery, nurse missing completely, or. there are temporary jobs that do not know exactly how the system works or what the doctor thinks. The acutely ill wait outside until the doctor arrives and unlocks, and unfortunately I have already three times she arrived 15 minutes longer with the next 15 minutes it took before she started surgery. When I was booked in the afternoon, she tried to quickly get me out of the office that it would be 6pm and she was over, even though I had waited 20 minutes more than I had ordered. It seems to me like a big foolishness and I stopped being satisfied with the professional side. I replace the doctor and I do not recommend this.

With the access of Mrs. Doctor's all ok. But one can never call them, no one is at the reception at the filing cabinet, and one can NEVER be sure that he will receive treatment in an acute case. I don't know what the nurses are from except talking.

With the approach of MUDr. I am absolutely satisfied with the Toths. They always try to discover the cause of the problems themselves and not just solve the consequences as most doctors do. It is also in favor of alternative treatments.

Dr. Tóthová is the most kind and helpful doctor we had in our family. We are pleased by her professional and above standard approach from the beginning.
