Poor customer service. The staff showed through body language and tone that she was not happy to assist me. She was irritated when asked for help to try 2 different designs, and when she passed the sandal to me, all the straps were not buckled up at all, i had to do it myself. Even if there was language barrier between us, there should at least have the basic customer service.

Today I was buying shoes from Guess white and for the last time. The staff was reluctant, maimed, and I felt like I was bothering you a little. It is a pity that the rule "Our customer, our master" never applies again in some stores.
