The service is nice, pleasant, obviously professionally knowledgeable. Unfortunately, we arrived at the store without prior reservation, so we were not pleasantly surprised that at 12 o'clock without prior order they refused to serve us at the store throughout the day, saying that half an hour between clients is not enough time. We had exact requirements for the sofa, we had pre-selected according to reviews and just wanted to try it with my son at the stone shop and buy on the spot due to possible complaints. After a 150km journey, we relied on the reservation system for a different date, which would mean after the New Year, when the stores are likely to close again and we would be left with only the e-shop blind, because the son grows and gains despite government measures. I appreciate the effort of maximum service for ordered clients, but then it should probably hang on the website instead of recommending a reservation for a consultation, rather information that you do not serve unordered clients. In the end, we bought in Feed, where the expertise may not be at such a level, but the staff paid maximum attention to us, answered all our questions, introduced the possibilities of car seats on the market, finally tried and helped us with installing the purchased seat directly in the car .

Maybe we were just unlucky, but unfortunately a pleasant surprise awaited us in the store in the form of a reluctant and unequal seller, who within the hurry of the house will easily throw the customer with the words it is necessary to make a reservation before visiting the store. Of course, if you want to go to a stone shop, you should usually read the instructions on the Internet first. And the reservation system for the possibility of visiting stone shops is mainly a matter of course, so it might have occurred to us. And all this despite the fact that we explained to the sellers that we were going a long way and we have a pre-selected seat that we would like to consult and buy quickly. We went to buy a seat in Malvik, where they were very nice, accommodating, no one threw us out, even though we did not make a reservation in advance and did not report in any other way and they had it cheaper.
