Super obchudek....
The only response from the store was that the goods were paid for. Then I received an e-mail where the owner apologized that it would be 3 days late, which I took. But it's been a week and a half and the order is nowhere, as well as no response to the mail. I note that I ordered from the company and I need an invoice. And I immediately ordered for my own purposes ... So two orders and both in wonder.
I hope someone gets up there and both orders arrive soon ... I left quite a bit of money there.
Recently, sometime since the summer, there has been a problem with shipping goods. 2-3 before the pickup was still understandable (although it states the next day), but now wait a week before they send it is really too much. Communication on their part is zero, not having it paid in advance, so I'll let them take it back, because in that week one had to order half the thing anyway elsewhere. And in the final, it will bring someone completely different from what was chosen in the order 😤.
I ordered the goods on December 12th, I have not received it yet. They do not respond to an urgency in the e-mail, the phone does not receive a ring even after 10 minutes. Fortunately, I did not pay by bank transfer. Absolutely unserious company
When I read the positive ones, I'm not surprised. A possible personal visit is sure. But believe me, those negative reviews are not made up.
