When choosing a supplier for the purchase and installation of a gas boiler, we placed emphasis on the complexity of services (delivery, installation, inspection), namely the company PREměření a.s. represented by Mr. Mihalík. From sending the offer to the final stage of implementation, everything went perfectly professionally. The boiler was installed professionally, cleanly, quickly and the old appliance was taken away, no worries around :-). At the beginning of the year, based on your offer, I expressed interest in buying and installing a gas boiler in my apartment. Afterwards, your employee, Mr. Josef Mihalik, contacted me. He explained everything to me very patiently (I am an older person), he was helpful, polite, professional, reliable. Thanks to him, I decided for your company and ordered a Buderus boiler, incl. installation. He organized the actual installation of the boiler, which I was worried about, very well, the installation went smoothly and Mr. Rak did a great job. The company significantly abuses its monopoly position in electricity and gas readings. It is not possible to agree on the time of reading. Nowadays, apartment buildings are locked. It is therefore totally absurd not to allow an agreement with at least housekeepers. The customer line also does not allow any communication. You can not send the message without one asterisk.
