All right. The car was being repaired after the accident. Absolute satisfaction. The car service cleaned the interior without being asked and it was perfect. Service communication OK.

I went to this service for a regular checkup and it was fine. But then there was a problem and it went downhill. After the warning light came on, I took the car to them for diagnostics and repair. They changed my oil and filters when I got back in the car, the warning light was still on - after contacting the service, it was found that the technician had found a problem with the engine pressure, but a colleague at the front desk forgot to mention it when he called me after the diagnosis. After a week, the car stopped driving, I took the car by tow, saying that it was a problem with the pressure, which they found out but did not tell me. The car was in the service for a whole week, always saying to me on the phone "yes yes, the car is already in the workshop but they don't know what it is" they called me after a week and it was a problem with the pressure (something they found out about and then they searched for her for a week?) in addition, they recalculated my diagnosis for the same problem. So when I paid twice for the diagnostics, I asked them if they would send me a complete set of information about what everything was with the car and what needed to be done to make the set serviced - nothing came, I wrote an email, no answer. A month has passed the car does not start again. When I called again I was told yes we will pass it on to the technician who will contact you. Of course no one answered.
