In a word, disaster. I lived there for half a year. And with everything just problems. Nothing was as it should be. With everything to go to the administrator 10 times before he ever solved something with you. Overpayments from the bill are not able to be sent on time. Something still didn't work in the house. And thanks to them, I had problems with the electricity supplier because they incorrectly registered the apartment. I would never live there for free.
