Helpful staff. One of my HID headlights went out while traveling to Prague and they had everything needed to fix it.

They were OK. Not the same as on photos from web though.

The car battery was replaced quickly at a reasonable price, even without an order.

In Auto perfekt Praha s.r.o I changed the oil, cabin filter, air filter, front brake pads, spark plugs 4 pieces and I had a tour of the car. I have a Toyota Yaris 1.3 car, Year 2015. I received an invoice for CZK 4,511 for oil. For replacement of spark plugs and brake pads for 6272 CZK. Total CZK 10783 When I first received an invoice for candles and plates, it was CZK 8,272. I don't know much about car service prices in Prague, but it seemed to me that it was too much. I called the car repair shop and asked me to send me a photo of the candle box, they called back in a few minutes and said that they had made a mistake that one candle cost CZK 500, not CZK 1,000. I stopped there again, Auto perfekt Praha returned me CZK 2,000. I also asked for a box of plates, they said they couldn't find it, and promised to send a photo when they found it, I didn't get any. Then I started to think that other services (3 hours of work to change the spark plugs and plates and 3.5 hours to change the oil and filter) and spare parts (1 spark plugs for 1000 CZK for the 1.3 engine and plates that really cost 500 CZK per set sold to me for 2377 CZK) were very overpriced. I called six car repair shops in Prague and asked how much everything I would turn into a perfect Prague car would cost them. The amount ranged from CZK 6,000 to CZK 7,500. I stopped again at Auto perfekt Prague to argue the amount they charged me. The arguments were as follows: - that it is not expensive, in other service stations it is even more expensive - That I had to ask other car repair shops to send a price offer by e-mail and show them - That I had to question the price as soon as I received the receipt (before paying) - That the owner needs to pay rent and salary to mechanics - They showed me on the internet what brake pads they put in my car and cost 2300 CZK (but later, after checking in another car service, I found out that it normally costs 500 CZK per set) - They offered me a refund of CZK 1,000 for losing time to solve this problem, but they did not acknowledge that they charged me more. Of course, I did not take 1000 CZK. For me, it was no longer about money, he felt cheated and just wanted to know how much the service really should have cost. He thanked the owner of Auto perfekt Praha for the explanation and left. I didn't want to write reviews, but I had to write them when I learned that they had given me one of the cheapest plates and the owner of Auto perfekt Praha said that my suspicions were unfounded, that I was just extorting money. Be careful people, always write to more car service about the price, arrange the price in advance and ask what brands the spare parts will be and ask about the boxes from the part.
