I have a bedspread from Slevomat from them. The blanket is nice, light, but what followed before its delivery was not really easy. On Monday, I received an email saying that the bedspread was ready to be picked up at the store. I didn't have time to go to the store until Thursday, I don't have a short distance there. On Thursday, I call the order number to find out if anyone will be there even in this coronavirus condition and I can pick up the goods. "Hold on, I'll ask my colleague if she's there." and after a while the phone "Yes colleague will be there by 5 pm, you can come for the bedspread." OK. So I'm going. I go upstairs to the door with the sign Bavlissimo and enter. There's a totally confused woman inside, she can't speak a word of Czech, she can speak 10 words like "yes, well, ok ..." she doesn't quite understand what I want. I show her a voucher with an order, she grabs her head and swears something in Chinese, I deduce from the fact that she either doesn't know how vouchers are handled or she doesn't have goods. He indicates with his hands and feet that he will call someone. He's calling the guy I called before. They solve something together for about 10 minutes. I'm standing in the doorway, still waiting. The lady finally puts the phone on the speakerphone and the gentleman explains to me that they don't have the blanket there, but that if I last 10 minutes, she calls the supplier to bring him there immediately. Well ... Finally, the contractor calls the lady. The supplier is definitely her compatriot, finally someone who speaks her language. Five minutes to each other RY on the phone. In the meantime, the lady will take me out into the hallway, but despite the closed door, I hear the hystericity of the situation. After the conversation, he climbs the hallway and uses the 10 English words he knows to try to explain to me that she failed. The supplier will not bring anything. I have bad luck. They will send me a blanket by mail, as previously suggested by a Czech-speaking gentleman on the phone. So yeah. It's stupid, but ok ... for the next 5 minutes I'm trying to explain to a stranger that he needs my address so they can send it to me. He doesn't know the word "address". Eventually they will understand that I want paper and pencil, and I leave my address there for them to send. The next day, the gentleman calls me again, that they will send the goods to the courier in my street, great, I won't have to wait in line at the post office, I'm glad. At their expense, of course, not yet. The bed cover will arrive at the delivery room on Tuesday. I'm going to pick him up right away, and just for fun, I can think that it would be a good forum if they sent me another one than I wanted. ... I guess you already know ... It happened. I am very angrily calling the gentleman, whose number I have on the caller list somehow suspiciously often that they canceled it again. The Lord is embarrassed. I'm sincerely sorry for him. He suggests that the right blanket will personally bring me home the next day and we will exchange it for what I came up with. I take it. The next day we meet in front of my house and exchange packages. After 8 days from the email "Your goods are ready at the store." I finally have a bed cover at home. The lord of the phone deserved the most stars, who finally brought me the cover. But unfortunately the stars cannot be divided, I can't give more than 1.

Terrible. I know you can not buy anything from here. First of all, I did something else. After a brief appointment with the company, after another week I was told about the bedding I ordered. I'll check it out and I'll find out when spinning is spinave and it's not gone. Super .... does not want me to go into the complaint when I know when I call the company to pick up some guy (stranger) who is not consciously understand and the next delivery will take x days. I've been kicked out of money and I've just started. I do not recommend it to anyone .....

I have already bought two beds Beautiful bedding with Dolphins, the price is great, delivery really fast, in two days, the material amazing ... just do not fit my motive on the pillow? Where to be Delfin, there is nothing ... duvet sits with motif on image, but polstar no longer ... it's a pity.
