I would summarize it like this: - you do not call the surgery during office hours, and really never - But once you get there, the approach is fine - unfortunately I solved the only health problem, which worsened after the visit, but maybe it would turn out elsewhere, I can not judge it In any case, it would be great if the callability on the phone could be improved. There is no email contact anywhere, so if I'm trying to reorder now, for example, because my knee surgery was involved, it's not possible. And I can't even go there in person. Just great.

Five times I tried to call there (in office hours and at the number they put on their own website), but in vain. So I went there, I was all alone in the waiting room, and the nurse could still tell me with a stone face that she could order me in 3-4 months with my acute problem. It is probably more aesthetic counseling than dermatological surgery. If you have a real health problem that needs to be addressed, they will probably not help you here.
