Mrs. Tomilova is a wonderful doctor and a very understanding women. She is my gynecologist for almost 6 years, was there for me during my pregnancy and I always look forward for my checkups with her. Can only recommend 😉

i called there to book an appointment, the assistant sounded bored and grumpy as if i interrupted her sleep, very poor knowledge of English, and when i said '' Can i ask you a question? '' She said '' No you cant'' when all i wanted to ask was if they accept my insurance company. Terrible customer service, i do not recommend. (EDIT-additional info, i had sent an email long time now, which was never answered. Plus if my call is after hours why did you people pick it up? I stand by my initial critique, if you want people to be your clients/patients, it all starts with a friendly and professional approach. And yes- from the assistant herself).

It turns out very interesting, I looked for the doctor's reviews and now I found it, signed up to the doctor Elena Sidarikova waited 2.3 months, wanted to see her because many advised, came to the clinic and met me well, then invited me to the office, initially sat down to tell her symptoms well and everything that is usually said to the doctor, but the girl was sitting without a dressing gown at the computer, I thought it was a honey sister, I was the first to come to the reception in Prague, and I think, well, this means that it should be so, then I was offered to go to another room and there already to undress and sit on a chair (I thought that the doctor Elena would be there), but it turned out that this was the girl at the computer without a dressing gown and in general any medical clothes would watch me, that is, I signed up for one, and came completely different, they did not call me and did not even warn me about I was also not notified that there would be another doctor, I did not raise a scandal (although I could) and asked why? After all, I see this girl for the first time and she is not on the site. To which the girl-doctor told me that the doctor whom you signed up for fell ill, and when asked why they did not call me and warn me, well, this is how it happened or something like that! I think this is at least not correct and not professional on the part of the clinic, I really want the clinic and the management to somehow take into account such moments and be more attentive, because the appointment with the doctors is not a week in advance, if I wanted to go to at least someone I would go to the state clinic and that's it! Despite the fact that 3 months ago I signed up for one date, then I saw a free term earlier and signed up, I hope 2 times I will get exactly to the one I signed up for!

Complete medical care, I have been going to Mrs. Tomilov for 5 years and very satisfied. An amazing approach when planning and during pregnancy. Great availability of public transport, short waiting time, ordering at the exact time. Pleasant environment, beautiful and comfortable waiting room with a children's corner. I warmly recommend.

I have been observed in the clinic for about 2.5 years. Visited doctors Shishkin and Frolov. What can I say, throughout the whole time the same problem, constantly. This happens with many girls, but when you visit 4 times a year !!! gynecologist, it’s already becoming strange what the real deal is. Either they are diagnosed incorrectly, or they cannot prescribe the correct treatment. Over the last visit, all analyzes were done with the words “Suddenly this is not what we think” and to the question “Is there an analysis in the list to confirm my diagnosis?” the answer was "no, BUT VERY SIMILAR TO ....". Very similar. As if at a reception not at the doctor, but at the battle of psychics. During the pandemic, they did not wear masks, they accepted with the words "take off the mask, I am not contagious." I doubt it ... But I do not want to talk badly about doctors, there is no established opinion about them. I want to say about the reception - do not recruit such employees, please! If you want to have good reviews, your staff should be INTERESTED in visiting you. And those fish that sit there are just ... I don’t want to offend anyone, but for 2.5 years I have never been happy with their reception. The last straw was a recent visit, 3,000 kroons and no changes in condition, in response was “sign up for an examination again”, I ask “for a fee?”, They say yes to me. That is, I already come 4 times a year, which is already abnormal, and here I have to pay for examination and tests once again for the fact that I was prescribed treatment that is completely ineffective. Are you laughing I asked to give me the whole story, to which I received a response type "no problem." Mmm ... it turns out 0 individual approach. The clinic does not give a damn whether you stay with them or not, at least to these employees. And the employee’s behavior directly depends on the tasks assigned to him by the management. Accordingly, the management does not care who you are, what you are and what will happen to you if their employees do not know how to act in various situations. Too bad it is about health, not shopping at the bazaar. So be aware of what attitude awaits you. 2 * only due to the fact that the communication of doctors for all the time was not any kind of evil or disrespectful, even with some luck.
