the fault was caused by me, the repair was done, the price was adequate. but why I write this review is that I bought a robot through the heurece e-shop, which was highly rated. On contact with Certus Mercatus, however, I understand that it is from a different distribution and is subject to different procedures. I understand that your work is a daily task for you. Unfortunately for me it is absolutely strange who he is and who is not an authorized dealer and what it means in the world of Irobot. so next time I would recommend to check it at the beginning and not then to approach me with some scorn or negative attitude ... unfortunately I had no way to find out and all I was trying to have a functional robot again :)
